摘要:
皮肤表面的脂质主要来源于角质形成细胞和皮脂腺。由角质形成细胞合成的脂质主要包括胆固醇、脂肪酸和神经酰胺。这些脂质可以在角质层的角质形成细胞间形成复层板层结构,具有表皮通透屏障的作用。而来源于皮脂腺的脂主要包括角鲨烯、单酯蜡、胆固醇和胆固醇酯、游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯以及甘油醚二酯等。这些脂与汗液一起在皮肤表面形成皮脂膜,具有保湿作用。也有学者认为,皮脂膜具有表皮通透屏障的作用。但是,至今尚无足够的证据证明皮脂膜有表皮通透屏障作用。因此,皮脂膜是否具有表皮通透屏障的功能有待进一步的验证。
Abstract:
Stratum corneum lipids are mainly from sebaceous glands and keratinocytes. The lipid synthesized by keratinocytes are primarily a mixture of cholesterol, free fatty acids and ceramides. These lipids can form multi-lamellar membrane in the intercellular space of the stratum corneum, which plays an essential role in the epidermal permeability barrier function. The lipids derived from sebaceous glands mainly include squalene, monoester waxes, sterol, sterol esters, free fatty acids, triglycerides and diglycerides, which together with sweat form a sebum film on the skin surface, providing moisturizing effect on the skin. Some scholars believe that the sebum film plays a role in epidermal permeability barrier. However, there is no sufficient evidence to support the role of the sebum film in the maintenance of epidermal permeability barrier. Therefore, further studies are required to elucidate the role of sebum in epidermal permeability barrier function.
