摘要:
特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,本病的病因及发病机制尚不明确,屏障缺陷及免疫缺陷在发病中起重要作用。胶带剥离法即通过反复使用合适胶带来依次去除皮肤浅层,由于无创性及可重复性等优点,近年来被应用到AD研究中,发现皮肤浅层中某些物质的RNA、蛋白质、脂质及细胞因子等的异常表达,有助于揭示AD发病机制。本文主要介绍胶带剥离法及其在AD中的具体应用。
Abstract:
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a common, chronic, recurrent, inflammatory skin disease.Although its etiology and pathogenesis is not clear, skin barrier deficiency and immune deficiency may play an important role in AD pathogenesis.Tape stripping is the repeated use of suitable tape to remove the superficial layers of skin, due to the advantages and repeatability, it has been applied to the study of AD in recent years.By this method, the abnormal expression of certain RNA, proteins, lipids and cytokines has been found in AD.This paper mainly introduces the tape stripping method and its application in AD.
