摘要:
目的 探讨梅毒患者治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法 对2019年1月-2019年12月华北理工大学附属医院门诊治疗的梅毒患者314例,采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、家庭功能评估表(APGAR)和一般人口学资料对患者进行评测。结果 314例梅毒患者211例接受规范治疗,占67.20%,多因素Logistic回归分析显示,大学及以上文化程度(OR=0.246,95%CI: 0.102～0.597)、性伴侣感染(OR=0.214,95%CI:0.077～0.594)、社会支持高水平(OR=0.368,95%CI:0.157～0.863)、家庭功能良好(OR=0.164,95%CI:0.070～0.382)是梅毒患者治疗依从性的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论 梅毒患者接受规范治疗率偏低,治疗依从性不佳,低文化程度、家庭功能障碍、低水平社会支持是梅毒患者治疗依从性的危险因素。
Abstract:
Objective The goal of the study was aimed to explore the influencing factors of treatment compliance in syphilis patients.Methods Three hundreds and fourteen syphilis patients who hospitalized at North China University of Science and Technology affiliated hospital between January of 2019 and December of 2019 were collected,and thesocial support rating scale(SSRS),family function evaluation form and general demographic data were used to evaluate the patients.Results Among the 314 syphilis patients,211 syphilis patients(67.20%)received standard treatment.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that those with college degree or above(OR=0.246,95%CI:0.102～0.597),sexual partner infection(OR=0.214,95%CI:0.077～0.594),high level of social support(OR=0.368,95%CI:0.157～0.863),good family function(OR=0.164,95%CI:0.070～0.382)were syphilis patients' treatment compliance the protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk factors of syphilis patients' treatment compliance are low rate of receiving standard treatment,poor treatment compliance,low education level,family dysfunction and low level of social support.
