摘要:
从中医“伏邪理论”的发展认识、银屑病慢性复发性与“伏邪理论”的相关性、银屑病伏邪的中医病理性质及其基于伏邪理论的中医治疗探索4个方面,阐述伏邪在慢性复发性银屑病发病中的重要作用,认为慢性复发性银屑病的核心病机是在“血热”的基础上“易夹湿”、“易致瘀”,共同形成了一个“湿热瘀结”的伏邪状态,在治疗的不同阶段,需要关注“热”、“湿”、“瘀”的不同治疗侧重。
Abstract:
This paper expounds the important role of latent pathogen in the pathogenesis of chronic recurrent psoriasis from four aspects:the development of TCM "theory of latent pathogen",the correlation between chronic recurrence psoriasis and "theory of latent pathogen",the pathological nature of TCM of chronic recurrent psoriasis,as well as the exploration of TCM treatment based on the theory of latent pathogen. It is believed that the core pathogenesis of chronic recurrent psoriasis is "blood heat with dampness and blood stasis".In different stages of treatment,we should pay attention to the different treatment emphasized on "heat","dampness" and "blood stasis".
