摘要:
长期紫外线照射、慢性炎症、机体免疫紊乱状态等是皮肤肿瘤发生发展的重要机制。ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸(ω-3 PUFAs)是人体必需脂肪酸,可以通过调控磷脂酶A2活性、抑制环氧合酶及前列腺素的产生,而减轻皮肤炎症反应及缓解免疫抑制状态; 并且可增强皮肤对紫外线的抵抗力,减弱紫外线导致的DNA损伤,对皮肤肿瘤具有一定的抑制作用。本综述总结了有关ω-3 PUFAs对皮肤肿瘤的影响及其相关机制。
Abstract:
Long-term ultraviolet radiation,chronic inflammation and immune dysfunction are important mechanisms for the development of cutaneous carcinoma.Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(ω-3 PUFAs)are essential fatty acids.It can regulate the activity of phospholipase A2 and inhibit the production of COX2 and PGE2,thus alleviating the skin inflammation and immunosuppressive state.Besides,ω-3 PUFAs can also enhance the skin's resistance to ultraviolet radiation and weaken the DNA damage caused by ultraviolet radiation.In conclusion,ω-3 PUFAs have certain preventive effects on tumors.This review summarized the effects and molecular mechanisms of ω-3 PUFAs on cutaneous carcinoma.
