摘要:
目的 评价羟基乙酸(glycolic acid,GA)不同浓度、不同使用频次抗小鼠皮肤亚急性衰老的作用。方法 在D-半乳糖诱导的亚急性衰老小鼠左侧背部分别涂抹不同浓度(20%、35%、50%和70%)GA,右侧背部涂抹生理盐水作为对照,每2周干预1次。分别于单次干预后1周、2周、4周以及干预4次后2周观察小鼠皮肤外观,检测皮肤组织病理变化情况。结果 GA干预4次后,亚急性衰老小鼠皱纹减少,皮肤纹理改善。使用不同浓度、不同频次GA干预后,皮肤厚度均无明显改变。单次干预后1周,各GA浓度组真皮内炎细胞增加,干预后2周恢复至干预前水平。单次干预后2周,胶原纤维和弹性纤维增加,干预后2周与4周间差异无统计学意义; 干预4次后各组胶原纤维和弹力纤维的改变均较单次干预后各时间段明显。在各时间段,GA高浓度(50%和70%)组均较GA低浓度(20%和35%)组改变明显。结论 GA具有改善小鼠皮肤亚急性衰老的作用,且随GA浓度升高、干预次数增加而增强。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the effects of different concentrations(20%,35%,50%,70%)of glycolic acid(GA)and frequency of treatment on subacute aging skin in mice.Methods Different concentrations of GA were applied to the left frank of subacute aged mice induced by D-galactose,and saline-treated right frank served as the controls.The interventions were performed once every two weeks.The skin appearance and pathological changes in the skin were examined 1week,2weeks,4weeks after a single treatment and 2 weeks after the four treatments.Results Four times of GA treatment improved the skin and decreased the wrinkles.None of the treatments altered skin thickness.Dermal inflammatory infiltrates increased one week after single GA treatment,and normalized 2 weeks post treatment. Increased dermal collagen and elastic fibers were also observed both 2 and 4 weeks after single treatment(P>0.05 for at 2 weeks vs.4 weeks).High concentrations(50% and 70%)of GA induced more dramatic changes than low concentrations(20% and 35%)did.Conclusion GA can improve skin aging in subacute aged mice,and its efficacy correlates positively with the concentration and number of treatments.
