摘要:
接触性皮炎是皮肤或黏膜单次或多次接触外源性物质后发生的炎症反应; 斑贴试验作为诊断接触性皮炎的金标准,有助于明确皮肤可疑致敏原。特应性皮炎也是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,最基本的特征是皮肤干燥、慢性湿疹样皮炎及剧烈瘙痒,常伴发过敏性鼻炎和哮喘。关于接触性皮炎与特应性皮炎之间的关系,一直存在争论,而在近几年逐渐被皮肤科专家重视,并成为研究的热点。本文对接触性皮炎与特应性皮炎之间发病机制、临床表现、患病率、常见致敏原等的最新研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Contact dermatitis is an inflammatory reaction of skin or mucosa after a single or multiple exposure to exogenous substances.Patch test,as the gold standard for diagnosing contact dermatitis,can help to identify the suspected allergens in the skin.Atopic dermatitis is also a common chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease,which is basically characterized by xerosis cutis,chronic eczema-like dermatitis and pruritus,often accompanied by allergic rhinitis and asthma.There has always been a controversy over the relationship between contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis.But in recent years,it has aroused great attention of dermatologists and become a hot spot of research.This article reviews the recent advances in pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,prevalence rate and common allergens of contact dermatitis and atopic dermatitis.
