摘要:
目的观察CO2点阵激光及外用KGF-2凝胶对小鼠毛发周期性生长的影响。方法将小鼠随机分为空白组、KGF-2组、激光组及激光联合KGF-2组,进行相对应的处理,并记录每组小鼠进入生长期的平均天数。结果点阵联合KGF-2组提前进入生长期的平均天数为(18±1.8)d,点阵组为(20.7±1.9)d,KGF-2组为(37.2±1.8)d,空白组为(44.7±2.8)d,治疗组之间及治疗组与空白组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO2点阵激光及外用KGF-2凝胶都有促进小鼠毛发周期性再生的作用,且两种治疗方法结合应用的作用优于单独使用,但其作用机制有待于进一步研究探讨。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of CO2 fractional laser and topical KGF-2 gel on the periodic hair regrowth in mice.MethodsThe mice were randomly divided into the blank group,KGF-2 group,laser group and laser combined with KGF-2 group.The corresponding treatments were performed and the average number of days into the regrowth period was recorded.ResultsThe average numbers of days into regrowth period were 18±1.8 days in laser combined KGF-2 group,20.7±1.9 days in the laser group,37.2±1.8 days in KGF-2 group,and 44.7±2.8 days in the blank group (p<0.05 among groups).Moreover, the times into regrowth period were much shorter in all treatment groups and in the blank group (P<0.05).Conclusion Both CO2 fractional laser and topical KGF-2 gel can stimulate periodic regrowth of mouse hair.Combination therapy is more effective than monotherapy.But the underlying mechanisms remain to be explored.
