摘要:
患儿男,3个月,全身紫红色斑3个月。患儿母亲孕前确诊为系统性红斑狼疮,一直口服泼尼松及羟氯喹治疗。皮肤科情况:全身弥漫性网状紫红色斑疹,以面部和躯干为著。抗核抗体十三项:ANA(+)(1:3 200),抗SS-A(52)抗体(+),抗SS-A(60)抗体(+)。肝功能:ALT 252U/L,AST 173U/L,LDH 293U/L。诊断:新生儿红斑狼疮,肝功能异常。予以还原型谷胱甘肽及复方甘草酸苷二联保肝治疗1周后,患儿病情好转。
Abstract:
A 3-month-old male infant presented with generalized purple rashes for 3 months. His mother was diagnosed as systemic lupus erythematosus before pregnancy,and treated with oral prednisone and hydroxychloroquine. Physical examination revealed diffuse reticular purple macules on his whole body,especially in his face and trunk. Anti-nuclear antibody examination showed positive ANA with titer 1:3 200,anti-SS-A(52)antibody and anti-SS-A(60)antibody. Liver function test showed ALT 252U/L,AST 173U/L and LDH 293U/L. The diagnosis of neonatal lupus erythematosus(NLE)with abnormal liver function was made. The health condition had been improved after the infant was treated with reductive glutathione and compound glycyrrhizin for one week.
