摘要:
目的 探讨Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg平衡在特应性皮炎中的变化规律。方法 收集2014年2月-2017年1月在本院收治的56例确诊的特应性皮炎患儿,其中轻症11例、中症29例和重症16例。选择同期的健康儿童26例为对照组。检测外周血中IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ 、IL-4、IL-17、IL-21、IL-23、IL-10和转化生长因子(TGF- 䥺SymbolbA@ )水平。结果 与对照组相比,特应性皮炎组的IL-4、IL-17、IL-21、IL-23均明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈严重程度依赖性增高,其余指标IFN-γ有降低趋势,IL-10和TGF- 䥺SymbolbA@ 有增高趋势,且呈严重程度依赖性变化,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,特应性皮炎组的IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-4、IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-17、IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-21、IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-23、IL-10/IL-17和TGF- 䥺SymbolbA@ /IL-17均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且呈严重程度依赖性降低。结论 Th1、Th2、Th17 和Treg细胞均参与了特应性皮炎的发生发展过程,Th2 和Th17 细胞处于主导地位。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the Th1/Th2/Th17/Treg balance in atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 56 patients with atopic dermatitis admitted to our hospital from February 2014 to January 2017 were enrolled into the study. The number of patients eligible with mild, moderate and severe atopic dermatitis were 11, 29 and 16, respectively. A total of 26 healthy children were enrolled as the control group. Interferon 䥺SymbolgA@ (IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ ), interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-17(IL-17), interleukin-23(interleukin-23), interleukin-10(IL-10), and transforming growth factor beta(TGF- 䥺SymbolbA@ )in the blood were detected and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the IL-4, L-17, IL-21 and IL-23 in atopic dermatitis group were significantly increased in a severity-dependent manner(P<0.05). IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ was decreased, whereas both IL-10 and TGF- 䥺SymbolbA@ were up-regulated in a severity-dependent manner. However, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-17, IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-21, IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-23, IL-10/IL-17, IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ /IL-17 and IFN- 䥺SymbolgA@ / IL-17 were significantly decreased in a severity-dependent manner, suggesting a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells are closely associated with the development of atopic dermatitis, and Th2 and Th17 are dominantly involved.
