摘要:
微小RNA(miRNA,microRNA)是近几年被人们所研究的相对较新型的分子,是一类内源性非编码单链小分子RNA,大约由19~25个核苷酸组成,在转录后水平通过与靶细胞靶基因的结合来调控目标基因的表达。研究表明,微小RNA的表达异常在人类多种疾病的发生发展中起着重要的作用。近年来研究发现,多种微小RNA在特应性皮炎中表达异常。本文对微小RNA在特应性皮炎中的研究进展作一综述。
Abstract:
MicroRNAs are relatively new molecules that have been studied in recent years,which are small non-coding single-stranded RNA molecules about 19~25 nucleotides in length.The post-transcription expression of MiRNA is through the combination of target genes or target cells to regulate the expression of target genes.Researches show that the abnormal expression of miRNA can play an important role in the occurrence and development of many diseases.Recent studies have found that many miRNAs expression abnormally in atopic dermatitis.In this paper, we summarized the progress of miRNAs which act on AD.
