摘要:
目的 观察果酸换肤联合粉刺挤压术治疗闭合性痤疮的临床疗效,评估其安全性。方法 选取以白头粉刺为主要皮损的痤疮患者133例,并将其随机分成两组,A组单用粉刺挤压术进行治疗,B组采取果酸换肤联合粉刺挤压术进行治疗,每3周1次,4次为1个疗程。结果 治疗2次后,A组的有效率和基愈率分别为17.46%和4.76%,B组分别为20.00%和5.71%; 治疗4次后,A组的有效率和基愈率分别为46.03%和23.81%,B组分别为65.71%和42.86%。两组治疗2次后的有效率和基愈率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),B组治疗4次后的有效率和基愈率均显著高于A组,治疗2次和4次时的有效率进行比较,后者较前者明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应主要出现在B组,多出现于高浓度果酸治疗后,A组可见粉刺挤压部位局部疼痛。结论 果酸换肤联合粉刺挤压术可以有效治疗闭合性痤疮,较高浓度的果酸可以增强治疗效果,但是,不良反应亦增加。
Abstract:
Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of alpha hydroxyl acid combined with acne extrusion for close acne. Methods One hundred and thirty-three subjects mainly with close acne were randomly divided group A treated with acne extrusion alone and group B treated with alpha hydroxyl acid combined with acne extrusion. Both groups were treated once every 3 weeks,4 treatments per course. Results After two treatments,the effective and cure rates were similar between group A and B(effective rate:17.46% vs. 20.00%; cure rate:4.76% vs. 5.71%). But after four treatments,both effective and cure rates were significantly higher in group B than in group A(effective rate:65.71% vs. 46.03%,P<0.05; cure rate:42.86% vs. 23.81%,P<0.05). The effective rates were higher after 4 treatments than 2 treatments. High incidence of adverse reactions occurred following treatment with high concentration of alpha hydroxyl acid in group B,while localized pain developed on the extrusion sites in group A. Conclusion Treatments with alpha hydroxyl acid combined with acne extrusion are safe and effective for close acne. High concentration of alpha hydroxyl acid is more effective,but with a higher incidence of adverse reactions.
