摘要:
目的 探讨ALA(5-氨基酮戊酸)外敷凝胶光动力疗法联合点阵激光治疗中重度痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法 选取30例Ⅱ~Ⅳ级面部痤疮患者,随机分为两组。治疗组采用2 940nm铒点阵激光治疗后,立即5%浓度ALA外敷封包后运用光动力红光照射面部,对照组单纯采用5%浓度ALA外敷封包后运用光动力红光照射面部,外敷药物封包时间均为2.5h,照光能量密度80mw/cm2,照光时间20min,15d治疗1次,共治疗3次。结果 ALA联合点阵激光治疗1次、2次、3次的有效率分别为0,93.33%和100.00%; 单独ALA治疗1次、2次、3次的有效率分别是0.00%,60.00%和100.00%。结论 5%ALA-PDT联合点阵激光是治疗中重度痤疮都能使痤疮简单、有效而又安全的疗法。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy and the safety of 5% ALA photodynamic therapy combined with 2940nm erbium laserfor moderate to severe acne.Methods Thirty patients with II~Ⅳfacial acne were randomly divided into two groups,all patients were treated once every 15 days for three successions by the 5% ALA photodynamic therapy,according to the incubation time of 2.5h and the light energy density of 80MW/cm2,20min.The difference between two groups was experimental group would treated with 2940nm erbium laser before every photodynamic therapy.Results The effective rates of experimental group after each follow-up were 0,93.33%,100.00%.The effective rates of control group after each follow-up were 0,60.00%,100.00%.Conclusion The 5% ALA-PDT combined with 2940nm erbium laser is an easy,effective and slightcomplications method for the moderate and severe acne.
