摘要:
系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头坏死发生率高,显著影响患者生活质量,且致糖皮质激素 使用受限; 随着骨免疫学研究进展,系统性红斑狼疮合并股骨头坏死除归因于糖皮质激素应用 外,还需考虑疾病本身可能介导的免疫损伤,重视危险因素如抗磷脂抗体阳性等给予的预警信 号,早期发现并进行干预治疗。
Abstract:
Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)display a higher incidence of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONF), which significantly impacts the quality of life and limits the use of glucocorticoids(GCs). With the progress of bone immunology research, the etiology of SLE with ONF could also be attributed to an immune injury induced by SLE itself in addition to the use of GCs. Clinicians should pay attention to warning signals of risk factors such as antiphospholipid antibody positive, and to giving earlier detection and treatment.
