摘要:
目的 探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)与掌跖脓疱病的相关性。方法 对78例掌跖脓疱病患者血常规指标、NLR进行回顾性分析,并与80例健康体检者进行比较,用Logistic回归分析进一步探讨掌跖脓疱病发展为银屑病患者相关变量,用受试者工作特征曲线确定变量预测效能。结果 掌跖脓疱病患者WBC,NEU,NLR较健康对照组升高(P均<0.05),其中掌跖脓疱病发展为银屑病患者NEU和NLR水平明显高于单纯掌跖脓疱病患者(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,NLR是发展为银屑病独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线显示,NLR截点值为3.95时,预测掌跖脓疱发展为银屑病效能最高,其敏感度为88.90%,特异度为88.30%。结论 掌跖脓疱病患者NLR明显升高,是掌跖脓疱病发展为银屑病的危险因素及潜在预测因子。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the association between neutrophil -to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and palmoplantar pustulosis(PPP).Methods Laboratory data including routine blood test results were collected from 78 patients with PPP and 80 healthy controls, and retrospectively analyzed.NLR were calculated and compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to determine variables associated with palmar and plantar pustula psoriasis,and the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn to estimate the predictive efficacy of these variables. Results WBC,NEU,NLR were all significantly higher in the patients with PPP than in healthy controls(P<0.05),and NEU,NLR were both much higher in the patients with palmar and plantar pustula psoriasis than PPP(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR was an independent risk factor for palmar and plantar pustula psoriasis patients(P<0.05).The ROC curve revealed that the optimal cut-off point of NLR was 3.95 in the patients with palmar and plantar pustula psoriasis,with the sensitivity and specificity being 88.90% and 88.30% respectively.Conclusion NLR evidently increase patients with PPP,epecially in those with plantar pustula psoriasis.NLR is a potential predictor for plantar pustula psoriasis.
