摘要:
目的 评价白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效及其对患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 60例寻常性银屑病患者随机分为试验组和对照组。全部患者予NB-UVB治疗,每周照射3次,共治疗8周,试验组同时予白芍总苷胶囊口服,0.6g,3次/d,共治疗8周,分别在治疗前、治疗后2周、4周、8周分别随访1次,观察两组患者的临床疗效、PASI评分,并在治疗前后检测患者外周血中T细胞亚群水平变化。结果 治疗8周后,两组患者治疗后皮损PASI评分均明显低于治疗前,且治疗组患者PASI评分低于对照组患者PASI评分,治疗组总有效率(77.78%)高于对照组有效率(46.43%),两组患者治疗后外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论 白芍总苷胶囊联合NB-UVB治疗寻常性银屑病疗效显著,其治疗机制可能与恢复患者T细胞亚群失衡状态有关。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with NB-UVB in treating psoriasis vulgaris and the effect ot T cell subset level.Methods Sixty cases of psoriasis suffering patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. Total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with NB-UVB treatment was applied to the treatment group for 8 weeks, while only NB-UVB irradiation was applied to the control group.The curative effect of the two groups after treatment was compared and the changes of T cell subset levels before and after treatment were measured.Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was77.78%,which was higher than that of control group(46.43%), the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.370,P<0.05), There was no statistically significant differences of T cell subset levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ levels of two group was increased and there was statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Total glucosides of paeony capsule combined with NB-UVB enhances the curative effect in treating paoriasis vulgaris, it can also rectify the imbalance of the patients'T cell subsets.
