Abstract:
Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by abnormal activated T cells infiltration.Recently,LL-37 has been recognized as an upper position and potential therapeutic target in psoriasis.Overexpression of LL-37 in psoriasis leads to abnormal activation of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and the formation of stimulation loop between Th cells(Th1 and Th17 cells)and kerotinocyte. This is one of important foundations of persist out inflammation in psoriasis lesions.
