摘要:
患儿女，2岁。并趾及右下肢褐色斑片2年。患儿右眼比左眼小，右足2/3/4趾并趾及左足3/4趾并趾，右小腿屈侧可见沿Blaschko线分布的疣状增殖性褐色斑片，大腿根部及腋窝可见类似皮损。诊断：表皮痣综合征。
Abstract:
A 2yearold girl had presented with brown patch and syndactyly on the right side of lower extremity for 2 yearsThe right eye of the girl was smaller than her left oneShe had syndactylies in her 2/3/4 toes of right foot and 3/4 toes of left footA dark brown verrucous hyperplasia patch presented on her right lower extremity，which followed Blaschko’s linesThighs and axillary were also involved with similar skin lesionsThe diagnosis of epidermal nevus syndrome was made
