摘要:
紫外线作为影响红斑狼疮最重要的环境因素,其不但与红斑狼疮光敏性相关,而且还可诱发或加重红斑狼疮病情。这与近来的研究认为紫外线不单只作用于皮肤角质形成细胞、血管内皮细胞、成纤维细胞等,还可系统作用于外周血单个核细胞一致。本文就紫外线作用机制的分子、细胞水平研究,对紫外线与红斑狼疮关系的研究进展做一综述。
Abstract:
Ultraviolet,the most important environmental factors of lupus erythematosus,is related to both the photosensitivity of lupus erythematosus and aggravation of lupus condition.Recent studies suggested that ultraviolet not only affects keratinocytes,endothelial cells,fibroblasts in the skin,but also acts on the peripheral blood mononuclear cells.Hereein we reviewed the advances in the research of molecular and cellular mechanisms of ultraviolet on lupus erythematosus.
