摘要:
基底细胞癌是临床上最常见的恶性皮肤肿瘤,光学相干层析成像技术诊断基底细胞癌具有实时、无创、可反复检查的优点,其图像与组织病理学图像有较高的吻合度,有助于该病的早期筛查和Mohs手术中检测肿瘤的大小、深度、范围,以引导术式设计,确定肿瘤组织是否切尽,大大缩短手术时间。
Abstract:
Basal cell carcinoma(BCC)is one of the most common malignant skin tumors.The optical coherence tomography(OCT)is noninvasive and can be applied repeatedly for the diagnosis of BCC in real time fashion.The OCT images and histopathological images have high degree of agreement, which help with the early screening of BCC and the determination of the tumor size, depth and scope during Mohs surgeries.Furthermore, the OCT method can help design the surgical procedures and greatly shorten the operation time.
