摘要:
目的系统评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆(2012年第9期)、MEDLINE(1966-2012),EMbase(1980-2012)、中国期刊全文数据库(1994-2012年)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1978-2012年)和维普(1989-2012年); 手工检索相关杂志及学术会议论文集,检索文种限中文和英文。收集所有ALA-PDT治疗中、重度痤疮的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane 协作网推荐的方法作系统评价。结果共纳入12个RCT。Meta分析显示,ALA-PDT在治疗中、重度痤疮方面疗效优于单用光照、口服维A酸类药物及抗生素治疗。ALA-PDT的不良反应主要是灼热、瘙痒及刺痛感。结论ALA-PDT是治疗中、重度痤疮的有效方法,但临床应用的确切有效性和安全性尚需更多的RCT证实。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo assess the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy with aminolevulinic acid for moderate to severe acne. MethodsWe searched the Cochrane library(issue 9, 2012), MEDLINE(1966-2012), EMbase(1980-2012), CNKI(1994-2012), CBM(1978-2012), VIP(1989-2012)to collect randomized trials(RCTs). Relevant journals and conference proceedings were manually searched. The language was confined to English and Chinese. The RCTs were evaluated and analyzed according to the method recommended by Cochrane network. ResultsTwelve trials were included and assessed. The meta-analysis indicated that ALA-PDT was superior to light therapy, oral retinoid or antibioticsorally in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. No serious adverse effects were reported except for burning sensation, itching and pricking. ConclusionsALA-PDT is an effective treatment for moderate to severe acne. More RCTs with high methodological quality should be performed to confirm the accurate efficacy and tolerability of ALA-PDT.
