摘要:
目的 探讨1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿的临床疗效。方法 采用1 064nm Nd:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿103例,光斑直径6mm,脉宽9.5~10.5ms,能量密度90~115 J/cm2,3~4周后复诊,疗效不佳者可进行第2次治疗,观察治愈率和不良反应。结果 1次治愈者48例,2次治愈者52例,2例患者治疗后遗留皮色赘生物,行冷冻治疗后消退,总治愈患者102例,治愈率99.03%,1例患者出现瘢痕,不良反应发生率0.97%,1例患者治疗无效。结论 Nd:YAG激光治疗化脓性肉芽肿治愈率高,不良反应发生率低。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy of 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser in treatment of granuloma pyogenicum. Methods The 103 cases were treated with 1 064nm Nd:YAG laser,spot diameter was 6mm,pulse width was 9.5~10.5ms,energy density ranging from 90 to 115J/cm2. All patients revisited after 3 to 4 weeks to observe the effective rate and adverse reaction. Results In total,there were 102 cases cured after treatment,48 cases in the first treatment and 52 cases in the second,and two cases were treated with liquid nitrogen cryosurgery because of neoplasms. The total effective rate was 99.03%. Scar occurred in 1 case and the adverse reaction rate was 0.97%,one case had no effect. Conclusion Nd:YAG laser is effective and safe in treatment of granuloma pyogenicum.
