摘要:
目的 探讨本地区金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿的流行病学特征、临床特点及诊治。方法 回顾性分析228例金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患儿的临床资料。结果 228例患儿中,诱因不明176例,有典型临床表现202例,白细胞升高109例,肌酐降低176例,心肌酶异常156例,所有患儿治疗后均痊愈。结论 金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征好发于6岁以下的儿童,早期采用足量有效的抗生素是治疗成功的关键,必要时可联合糖皮质激素或免疫球蛋白治疗。
Abstract:
Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics, clinical features, diagnosis and treatment of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome in the local region.Methods The clinical data of all 228 cases of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 228 patients, 176 had unknown etiology, 202 had typical clinical manifestations, 109 had high peripheral blood WBC, 176 had low creatinine levels, and 156 had high myocardial enzyme levels.All children had recovered after the treatment.Conclusion Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome occurs mostly in children under 6 years old, early application of adequate and effective antibiotics is the key to the successful treatment.Antibiotics combined with glucocorticoid or immunoglobulin is the effective choice, if necessary.
