摘要:
自噬是细胞内普遍存在的生理活动,并已经成为继凋亡后新的研究热点。越来越多的研究证实UVB照射能够引起细胞自噬并引发一系列的病理生理反应,本文就UVB影响细胞自噬的机制、UVB影响细胞自噬的调控、自噬对UVB照射后细胞的生理作用、自噬异常导致UVB照射后细胞的病理改变等研究结果进行归纳总结,以期为感兴趣的学者提供新的研究方向和思路。
Abstract:
Autophagy is a ubiquitous physiological activity of cells, which has become the new researching focus after apoptosis. More and more researches showed that UVB exposure could cause autophagy and a serious of pathophysiological reaction of cells. This review summed the literatures published about the mechanism and regulatory factors in this process, and physiological and pathological effects of autophagy on cells exposed to UVB. We hope this review might provide new researching direction and strategy to scholars whom be interested in.
