摘要:
患者女，9岁，手足、掌跖面皮疹8年余，牙齿脱落4年余。皮损特点为弥漫性对称分布的角化粗糙性红斑，上覆白色鳞屑，皮疹以掌跖面至肘膝部为重。乳牙发育正常，恒牙长出后相继松动脱落。诊断：掌跖角皮症伴牙周损害病。
Abstract:
The patient is a nine-years-old girl who presented with an eruption of more than eight years duration,with erythematous hyperkereratotic plaques symmetric distributed on the head,face and extengding from both hands and feets to elbows and knees,with periodontosis and lossing of many teeth for four years.the case was diagnosed as PLS.
